New management took over months after we began living at this community. Immediately they started implementing procedures that hadn't been done before, such as towing cars without notice and allowing tow trucks on the premises in the middle of the night to peruse for violations. Because of the parking situation, the previous management had allowed some parking in red zones in high traffic areas, they would also give you a warning if your car was going to be towed. In the guise of cleaning up the apartment complex, the managers have done a shoddy "repaving" job which consisted of some of their friends dumping tar in the cracks of the parking lot. They have also installed a gate which is actually a nice feature but we question their motives (i.e. raising the rent). They have taken down all of the fences that used to block pedestrian traffic behind our apartments, the pedestrian and vandalism problem here is worse than ever, I constantly have people walking by my bedroom and living room windows talking loudly and using the nearby wall as an entrance/exit to the property at all hours. We recently discovered that we are no longer offered the opportunity to rent the clubhouse for parties - our apartments are so small there is nowhere for me to host a birthday party for my kids. In addition, the management has displayed a non-caring attitude about many litle things and we are actually paying to break our lease so that we can get out of here.

You obviously must be braking some rules if you are having problems like this. If you dont want your car towed ... dont put it where it will be towed ... thats just common sense. The re-pavement job ... is simply temporary. If you actually had a clue about what was going on here at this complex you would know that. The management will be repaving in the future and they intend to take up the original pavement and put down new. The gate system was put in because of the previous drug problem prior to this management team coming to the property. Are you a drug user? Probably! thats most likely why you dislike it! Get with the program this is a decent complex and will only continue to get better. Maybe you should reconsider your recreation habbits and convert out of your white trash state!

Maybe this person should learn how to spell before insulting other people. I personally think that this person just moved in as has not encountered any of the downfalls to the new management.

I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now, and the management basically ruined the apartment complex. Nothing but a waiting game for the gates to be done. They make you pay for a remote for the gates, and they dont even work. I didnt like the management before them either, but i have to say, maintanence was always there when you needed them. No excuses most of the time. Now these new management people have excuse,after excuse, and they have no idea what the hell they are doing. They take approximatly 2 hours to help with a maintanence emergency, because for some reason they always say that they are busy with something more important than my issues. This place really is a dump, section 8 people living here definetly.I asked if they were accepting section 8 and they said no, but they have to be. They didnt REDO the pavement either. They just poured black top over the already screwed up pavement, which looks even worse now. Promise, after promise this place is a dump, honestly. Im out of here very soon, and i have a couple of things to take up with the housing authority also. Anyone looking to move in here, please take my advice and look elsewhere, im not a critic, i am just basing everything on my personal real experience. The pool isnt as nice as it looks also, there are people from area that come in and stay at the pool all day, and dont belong here, so u will never have a chance of quite time there.
