if you have kids stay away, if you like your belongings and personal stuff stay away, if you have a car stay away. The management is currupted and they steal things out of peoples apartments, the maitenance staff are all felons, and drug addicts. The pool is never clean, they are always working on it, everything is dirty, and falling apart. Management is giving apartments to people with no jobs, no credit checks, and allowing just anyone to move in. Serious meth problem, absolutely everyone who works here, lives here im convinced does it, people walking around all hours of the night cracked out, loud music, loud people, no place for responsible people that like to live in a clean environment. please stay away!

Yeah, and I am gonna pray for you that the Lord will protect you and that He will lead you to the correct safe place for you and your family. I have observed from the Spring Meadow side vehicles parked in the upper northwest corner of the parking area right at the backside of Rancho Santa Fe, I am CERTAIN it's drug related. I am certain that there are either openings in the fence back there or an open space that has as yet not been locked up. I have observed that from the front of the complex and the side there are fences and locked gates and it is SO unfortunate that even with those precautions bad people will still get in. GOD BLESS YOU. Even tho there is alot of CRIME in this area now, GOD IS STILL ON THE THRONE. Keep your faith and trust in HIM. Do the best you can to get through it and GET OUT OF IT WHEN THE OPPORTUNITY ARISES!
