My apartment was great. The price is right and the office and maintenance staff have been wonderful and have bent over backwards to take care of things here. My air conditioner went out and they couldn't get a new one until the next day, so they had me stay in a hotel and they took the amount of the bill and a little more off my rent. I had a mini vacation and got a new air conditioner that really works well! The management really cares about the tennants and even though the area isn't the greatest, it is the best place to live on the block!
