We moved into our apartment on move in day and it was not ready.

They asked us to wait till the end of the day and it still was not ready.

We have now transfered into a two bedroom and it is a very poor turn.

Theres a gross yellow and black stain behind toilet in bathroom that managment wont do anything about and many other issues.

Now I have to for the second time, clean the apartment myself and wait for maintenance to come back to finish what should have already been done.

For the short time that we have been here we have moved twice into apartments that was not ready, submited several work order requests that have not been done.

The property has some areas that are nice but other areas that looks trashy.

I personly think that managment dosen't care about the property.

They are only there to collect rent checks.

So far I have had many vehicle issues with things being taken out of truck and vehicles keyed.

We defiantly will not renew our lease unless things change.
