there are not enough pros too outweigh the cons at this point

1.

no on sight security you have too call a cheesy phone # and by the time security gets here the security issue has passed hmmm can i say poor customer service well yes

2.

pools are always nasty i personally have never seen anyone out there cleaning them but that doesnt mean they dont do it but they are still nasty

3.

the parking issues range from vehicles constantly being broken into too vehicles being keyed there hasnt been one car here that hasnt been keyed or had the windows shot out w/a bb gun or something of that sorts

4.

maintenance hahahaah what a joke can i say what maintenance'' put in a work order and maybe it will get done in a month if you are lucky we went without ac for 8 days the hottest time of the year and come too find out it was just a blown fuse on the roof hmmmmm,...

5.

when we were out of ac we were told that we would be reimbersed for the motel room well its been 8 months and still havnt seen a check and everytime we go or call the office noone seems too remember and we have too start the whole process over again where does the paperwork go the trash as soon as we leave hmmm...

the apartment next too ours caught fire last year our power was out fo a month thank god it was cool out but my goodness it took like forever too get the place fixed and it didnt look like they had done that much too fix it hahah it is still that bad inside...

7.

the night always people partying never gets anything done about by the apartment management..

i agree with the last one the managers are only there too collect a check and dont give a rats tail what our issues with the complex are or they would fix them

when we moved in this apartment back in 2005 we also were told that it was ready well of course it wasnt seems like the norm around here anyways they already had our money so we figured how bad could it be well hahah i wouldnt be writing this if it got any better we were kind ad finished the apartment ourselves and were told we would be reimbursed well right we havnt seen that either....

the office staff yet another joke it takes weeks too get answers from them you call and aska question and they dont have an answer they say they will call you back thats a joke i always have found myself returning the call on a minumum a day later and still cant get a straight answer even when we were trying too move in we couldnt get a call back but we had too get a roof cause our other lease was running out

all in all i definantly do not reccomend this property we are leaving and taking them too court for our fees that we incoured during our stay if you rent here buyer beware and stay on top of them for at most a bleek experience

thats my top ten list and sorry if i sound like a old nag but stuff has too be said sometime
