Decent First Apartment

I've lived here for about 6 months now.

I took over a lease and it ends in October.

No major problems.

Toilet stopped working but was promptly fixed.

Have had one roach.

Problem is the office hours coincide with my work schedule, which makes it nearly impossible to get ahold of them.

Lots of kids everywhere and the only domestic problem was a dispute between a couple that could be heard if you're outside.

Also, to leave, there is a 60 day notice, not 30 day which I was unaware of.

Read the fine print.
