VERY outdated appliances and apartment features.

Water line breaks common, constuction on Peoria constantly, no sleep allowed.

Expensive for what you get.

Gas line was broken and leaking next to my apartment wall for over 6 months before it was properly fixed (had to call Fire Department for this to get done because staff did not do after 3 requests) and Hot tub was out for almost a year.

HORRIBLE!
