Everything was fine at first. I never liked the fact that the 2 bedroom apartment didn't have a pantry, but then again most apartment complexes don't from what I have noticed. I had my car broken into on christmas night and my stereo was ripped out of my dash, talked to the management and all they said was not to leave valuables in my car. Apparently I was suppose to take the installed car stereo out of my car every night' After I talked to my neighbors they had confirmed that their cars had been broken into, as well as hearing about other neighbors cars being stolen frequently. A couple weeks later my car was completely keyed, scratched to hell. Few weeks after that I had the unfortunate pleasure of witnessing a fight in the parking lot just outside my apartment and woke up the next morning to police at my door asking for information as one guy was beaten with a baseball bat and was hanging onto to a thread of his life. Some kids also broke into the laundry room and busted up a few of the washers which took a couple months before they were fixed. Also, these kids would come upstairs (I lived on the second floor) and steal my ashtray right off my balcony and my downstairs neighbor had the same problem along with them stealing her cigarettes. Their security consists of one man who rides around the complex on his bike 3 days a week for 2 random hours a night, and I've seen him riding around about 8pm most of the time. Who is going to steal that early in the night' Come on!

Maintenance was fairly quick about repairs, however the groundskeeping was pretty poor, tree limbs were constantly falling and being left for days before they were picked up and taken care of. I never once had a problem with bugs, so that was a plus.

So if your looking for a bug-free place with generally fast maintenance responsiveness you should be pleased, but if your looking for a safe place to call home or raise a family this probably isn't for you.
