It's not that Bad, and it's not that Good...It's an apartment, DUH!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I'm going on my second year at Rosewood. There is good and there is bad...just like the people who live in apartments, good peeps and bad peeps. For the most part, this older property has maintained itself quite nicely. It's much smaller than some other complexes around, which, in my opinion, makes it more managable when there's a problem. The age contributes to the fact that it does not have all the amenities a new property has...the workout room is old, there is no office center, and laundry room is super basic. But, the staff have always been there to help me, no matter which new crew it was, since it changes every 3-6 months. The prices just significantly dropped and they have allowed previous tenants to take advantage of all the new incentives, which is great. Alot of the people who move into Rosewood are losers, but they usually are gone as quickly as they come. The apartment staff can only control what people do to a certain extent, especially if it's not brought to their attention. This place is no Mark Taylor property, but it is what it is. Crime and stupid people are everywhere, not just hanging out at this complex.
