I've lived at this apartment for a couple of years and it's amazing what is has turned into. Inexperienced, unprofessional management, lazy employees and lack of maintenance have turned this place into a dump. And, as if that's not enough, the new tenants border on scum/lowlife. Many one bedroom apartments have 4 or 5 people and a couple of pets living in them. Beat up cars and LazyBoy recliners are a common site in any of the parking lots and the balconies are littered with junk on 40% of the units. Trash is all around the property and the bins are always overflowing with shopping carts, abandoned furniture and maintenance's mess. The pool is so green that at night you can't even tell the light is on in it...common at least a couple of times a month. This place is gross. Chose another property before this, seriously!
