I just renewed my lease - can't beat the amenities, with the 24-hour gym, pool, & jacuzzi. Only 1 main problem - lack of guest parking -- but this is not that major of a concern. The place is quiet, the pool is great. No crime that I've seen. Friendly staff (though I only talk to them a minute every couple months). Very few kids running around which I appreciate. They definitely work to keep the grounds looking good. Only once did I require maintenance, and they showed up that same day, so this also appears to be outstanding.
