Before you sign the 17 page agreement I strongly urge you to shop the market. I just finished my 7 month lease and it was less than acceptable in many ways.
First, for a full four months I had asked for a copy of my agreement for my records--never got them!
Second- I asked that my out of state number be used in the security gate system so family could enter---for three months I was told it was going to happen--it never did!
Third- I was told I would receive a remote gate opener because after many months it was decided they could not use a out of state phone number for the security gate--to this date no remote.
Fourth- it took 5 days to get the dishwasheer repaired, and it only took four calls to make it happen.
Fifth- my lease ended on 12/31 I could not drop my keys in the lock box because they were painting the sidewalk around the office. Today I am told I will pay a two late penalty ($65). Go figure.
Don't get fooled like I did by the fancy office and smooth talk. Do your homework if customer service is of a concern to you.
