As students at Midwestern who also have school-age children, this is the best-bang for the buck in this neighborhood. The Mark Taylor complexes are more expensive and more transient, poor floor plans, and "younger" landscaping ie no mature trees. We have been here for 7 months and will renew our lease. Do not know about the fitness center since I do not use it, but we enjoy the pool/spa every weekend, even in winter. What apt complexes do you know of that spend money re-tiling the pool/spa areas, complete with new furniture' We have had excellent service with all maintenance requests.
