Living here has been the worst nightmare of my life. I have had nothing but problems with these apartments. Starters everything breaks* Another bad thing is they keep the yard flooded which attracts mosquitoes. I have complained about this for over a month now. My apartment was broken into and my car was vandalized. They are so cheap they cant get security. I told them about the break in and nothing was done. Get RENTERS INSURANCE! The BUGS here horrendous My baby s head and face is covered in bits. Again I demanded new carpet due to all the dog pee stains and all they can do for us is clean the carpet. Yeah* Like that does something. Now I am getting the HEALTH DEPARTMENT involved. Payments- Seriously get a house. Cheaper in mortgage then these ridiculous prices here. I want out of this lease. Management is so bad I don t even know how they got their foot in the door to run an apartment complex. They are rude, fake, and don t give a s*** about you. If they don t like you they wont help you. (QUOTED) by someone who works for the apartments. DO NOT RENT HERE
o- and if you are planning on renting out the club house. Look else where first. The fridge they have to offer in there will hold nothing other then a few 12 packs. They said you can bring your own cooler in. Like I can store a custome made cake and food in a cooler. Ha* to them. That office is a joke.
