The apartments are well maintained. Maintenance fixes things relatively quickly. There are many good people that I've met living here. There are constant social functions. The management is friendly, professional and fair. The grounds are kept very nice. It is also in a great location! Also, something that is great is that if you're not there when a package comes in the mail, the office will hold it for you. They are strict on financial obligations, but then again, they have to be.
