I lived there for a year and everything seemed good. Don't move out or hope to get your refund back because that won't happen. I have been fighting with them now for over 2 months for my refund of over $300.00. Still nothing and the fight goes on...

maybe you left the place a dump.....maybe you should call the corporate office, cause isn't that where all the stuff goes when you move out....yeah you would think so....

You're lucky. Not only did they take my deposit they charged me hundreds of dollars. They got the apt back in same condition I received it. I was a good tenant. I was there for >2 years and never missed a payment, no complaints. Less than a month after I left there were collection agencies calling me. I had to work my way thru the management company to get the fees waived, stop the calls and I never got my depo back. Good luck to you.

I feel for you...I did finally get my refund. It took alot of fight and an email to the Better Business Bureau. Sage Stone contacted me about the report to the Better Business Bureau and I received my money in 3 days. Report them and don't stop fighting.

I lived at Sage Stone for 21/2 years. Moved in October and am still trying to get my refund and it is now March. They are VERY incompetant.
