As much as I like the staff, the complex - comparitively - could use some work. Do not be sold by the "newly rennovated" speech, the stove range is the same, rusted and old. The spigots and faucets are chemically stained and old. The weather-stripping on the front door is warped and - therefore - allows cold air to freely blow inside the cracks. The walls are thin. I can hear my neighbors telephone ring, constantly. And when lying in the COLD water of the bath-tub (which runs luke-warm regularly - FORGET HOT SHOWERS HERE), I can hear the complete conversations of neighbors through the bathroom wall. There are children screaming, often. There are parents yelling, often. In one building there is the constant thwump, thwump, thwump of load music. Two of my towels were stolen out of the dryer when doing my laundry in a laundry room that is always filthy. If you haven't any choice, live here. But - otherwise - there are MUCH better places.
