I agree with everyone! This has been the most awful living experience. maintenance sucks, landscapers do a very crappy job. Finally had to call the city to have a rotten, moldy tree removed. My apartment reeks of smoke. Couches & beds and alot of other crap sits in the parking lot for weeks at a time. Pool is always dirty. They obviously lie to everyone about its "newly remodeled" so not true!! new linoleum & fridge is about it!!
