this place used to be great when amity and gina were there. they always handled everything in a timly manner and were very nice and professional. when the new manager came in it started to go down hill. i just went to gina for everything so i could actually get things done. then gina left. and we went through seriously about five different leasing agents until katie showed up who actually isnt bad at all she is nice and does her job. during the time when we kept changing leasing agents i had a knock on my door at 8:00 at night. it was a notice to show in court for non payment of rent. when we actually paid our rent on the first and signed our renewal at the same time. we ended up having to pay so we didnt have to go to court. this place is crap i am telling you now not a good idea. i had a neighbor two doors down who were throwing kegers all the time and were being investigated by the police and dealing drugs out of their apartment. so that person that said more like sage hood is right.
