It's Alright.

This apartment complex was just alright. It had it's positive attributes, and it's fair share of negative attributes. On the positive side, it was fairly quiet, and the neighbors were usually friendly. You had room for a washer/dryer in your apartment, or you could use the washing and drying facility that they provide. There's two pools, both were in adequate condition. I'm sure there's more, but mostly minor, which leads me to Sagewood's "fair share" of problems.
I stayed there for, I want to say, about 4 months. There were numerous abandoned cars throughout that entire period, none of which were ever taken care of. Crime is an increasing concern in that community with each passing year, and this apartment complex is hardly safe - cars were often broken into and stolen. Our A/C repeatedly broke, and maintenance was no help at all - they lied, and no work order was ever really fulfilled. Dog feces was also left neglected on the lawn, so be careful where you walk. The pool was always closed at night - understood, but inconvenient for someone whose schedule demands sleep during the day. The interior left much to be desired - while fairly roomy, the carpet was cheap and the lighting was old and faulty. The shower was dirty, the shower head cheap and ineffective.
All things considered, Sagewood is average. It's nothing special - you get what you pay for, nothing more, nothing less. Just alright.
