Very true Karen Lewis is a very rude person, she would be-little residents and her staff. She would sit in her office and talk on the phone take 2-3 hour lunches. Always on vacation with some new guy.Went out with residentsand slep with them on 2 occasions that I am aware of.I am still in the business elseware & I love Mark-Taylor however Karen gives it a bad name. She would change rent for people she liked or she wanted to. Which is against fair housing laws, she basically did it her way and only her way. When I put in my 2 weeks notice. She told the other girls about time, ya 2 months later they all quit on her. I know an asset manager my self, would listen to all my staff and residents when it comes to a manager. She is a snake .....Watch out Everyone.
