San Lagos at Arrowhead Highlands

What Manager From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Numerous times I have visited the office to pick up packages or to just enjoy the delicious cookies they offer, and I always get a chance to talk to the overly friendly office staff. The only person I have yet to meet is the manager Karen Lewis. Each time I am in there, she is always yapping on her cell phone, or in a heated discussion on the office phone. One time I sat there for almost 10 minutes waiting to get a package because the other lady was busy, and then Karen ended her call on her cell phone and walked right past me. Nice customer service she offers!
