I have been in the apt. industy for 8 yrs and have never come accross service like this. I will sometimes go out and shop different places to get ideas and see their style of presentations.

When I went in the office, they took their sweet time to even aknowlege my exsistance. When they finally did I told them I was looking for a friend moving her from CA and needed a place while her house was being built.

They gave me a packet and told me my friend could look up information on line. This sound nice enough but that was it!! No Tour! No questions about my friend!! NOTHING. After standing there a couple of moments waiting for her to take control of the conversation (and she didn't) I asked if I could look around the community. She said "Sure, and thx for stopping by."

This may not sound like much to someone unaware of the business but I can't even imagine how their customer service is once you live there. Especially when they show a lack of interest for you to live there.
