I lived in Arrowhead Highlands now named San Lagos at Arrowhead,for more than 3 years. I seen the girls in the office change like most properties. The smiles are alway's on their faces. They are all pretty. You think you are getting great service. However, don't complain about anything. Again you get the smile but you also get on their ---- list. They don't like any criticism. The management is as phony as the Lake that is in the front of the property. If you want a concentration camp move in. They monitor everything you do with a key fab they give you. Everytime you use it they know where and what time. If something happened at the pool and you were there your part of the problem. Cars stolen often, but the office won't tell you that either.

This is a common theme at Mark-Taylor apartments. They hire a bunch of bimbos to work the front office. Unfortunately, these blonde bimbos think they are special because they get to work a business suit despite making under 20K a year in salary.

mmtacy If we only knew what, that their base salary was 16K with the average commssion reaching another 10K at best? Is this why there is so much turnover in the office because the employees are earning such "competitive" salaries? I don't know what's "working" those business suits but it's certainly not their educational qualifications, however, I do have TWO guesses as to what it could be.

These comments are inappropriate. I am good friends with a few of these women in the office. They HAVE qualifications and are either in school or have already completed a BS. They are just workers who have to go by the rules the boss gives them. Everyone who is employed knows you do what is expected to get the pay check. Life???s hard; give the women credit for having to put up with grumpy customers and harsh criticism every day.
