I can't believe that with all the apartments in the area that Mark Taylor, thinks they are better than all the others. I lived here 1 year now and my lease is ending. They don't want to offer anything for me to stay towards a new lease. I visited other apartments that offered me 2 months to sign a new lease. They have a happy hour than cite people for getting drunk. About the only thing they do well is hold packages in the office. How about telling your workers that quiet time is 10:AM till 10:PM. Don't take an apartment near the pool or the dumpsters. If you do you won't get any sleep.Lock & alarm your car. They are taken from here on a frequent basis. The gates in front look good, but they don't alway's work. People can even wait for you to enter than they follow you in. Where is the security''''' Locks on the pool gates another joke. Kids that don't live here enter by climbing over. Renters useing a credit card to beat the key fab system. They fear their apartment number showing up on the computer in the office.

You must be a satisfied resident if you were wanting to sign another lease. The comments you made pertain to all apartment communities. Welcome to Arizona! I have lived here for many years and all around the valley for 10 years. This happens everywhere! The management company stands out from the rest because of the customer service they give. Arizona is hot, so YES kids do jump the fences of all apartment pools to cool off. My father works for the City of Glendale, and cars are NOT taken from here often, considering it is Arizona.
