i dont know what the bad reviews are all about. i would just like to post how impressive this place is. i have lived in a lot of places and this one is by far the nicest, cleanest, etc. staff is wonderful and i love it here.

You don't know how bad things can get yet. Just wait until the summer comes and you are enjoying yourself with your family or friends and the next day or so you get written up because someone one was too noisey or threw up in the bathroom, even though you had no part. Karen in the office will tell you every one that was at the pool at the same time was also written up. If you ask around you will find only half of the people there where written up, the cute guys they like that actually cause all the problems are not written up. Many people that live there are afraid of Karen the office manger cause she loves to be the Queen and loves to show her power by picking and choosing who's lease she will or will not renew. We do not fab in at the pool anymore we use a credit card to get in we do not want to get in trouble when some one else is actually to blame. It is not fair that people who pay high dollar rent have to walk around on egg shells because of Karen and her Bumble Bee Crew.

Karen also kicks out families for noise or too many people, but NEVER does she say a word about the 20 people getting drunk and beer bottles all over. Laughing and yelling at each other. She's ridiculous. She plays favorites to the cute, drunk, college boys.
