I have lived here for 3 years and love it!! We have great neighbors and the office staff is always helpful and happy. I have attended a lot of the social functions and it is unfortunate that a few people in the group have to ruin them for everyone else. Happy hour is not "get smashed hour". Overall I think this is a great community to live in and I would recommend it to anyone!!

Haha I agree with you about the happy hour. I guess for some people alcohol is just another drunken escape.
