I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. It is a great apartment. the pool is amazing and I love the gym. If price isn't an issue, live here. They are expensive, but the maintance workers are always prompt and I have never had any problems with the managers or workers. I just caution you on the price increase. The renewl contracts are very unsatisfiying. And rent is grantied to increase every year, but it is a great place to live./

I've lived here since the place opened in 2001. I have a great view and really think it is a nice place. The only down fall is the high rent. My rent was raised to over $200.00 since living here. I figured it was because the property is under new management. I was "grandfathered" with my rent until last year when it was increased tremendously. I had to take on a new job because I couldn't afford it just with one job. My main job I have been there for 17 years, but, maxed out in pay. I can't get anymore raises unless I quit and get rehired as my employer is hiring people making more that a "seasoned" employee.
