I must say that during my short time here so far I have not been too impressed with San Lagos. Sure the community and area are nice. As far as the apartments go I would say they are okay-the layout and designs are great but don't let that fool you (it fooled us), they are poorly constructed. The two times that I've had an issue to address to management, they were not taken care of. The first one I had spoken with the manager herself who informed me she would get it taken care of....nothing was taken care of. And to date the second issue has not been taken care of either. They are probably too busy planning their next resident party to get actual business taken care of. If you ask me, I can do without the parties that include alcohol and would much rather have them MANAGE the property. One party was so disruptive, I could hear bass from the dj all the way in my apartment. I'm sorry but these lil shindigs are great for the few college kids that live there but are not what us family folk are looking for in a community. And the drunks that come to the pool with their coolers of beer to party-take that crap away from our kids. Again....where is management and why is this allowed and encoureged by management at their own resident parties' A few tips....how about removing some of the several cars that are parked in many uncovered areas that are an eyesore and that never move. That might be nice for some of us that have two or more cars per household that are actually driven on a daily basis. While you're at it, although this might be difficult to do but you could find a way to keep a speed limit throughout the community enforced. Especially during the evening, there is a large number of cars that come ripping through the corners and proceed to drive through the community at 20 mph. I wonder how these idiots would feel if they hit someone one day because of their carelessness. Maintenance is very polite. However twice they have not fixed a problem correctly. Although these aren't major issues, it's definately not worth the money we pay each month for rent. I am looking forward to my lease being up soon! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I think ----- Sucks! She is so rude and condescending. When she took over, she screwed all the residents over. She doesn't care about keeping current business.

Sorry to hear you guys had a bad experience. I have had to deal with ----- a lot and she was been very helpful as well as the rest of the office staff. There are pool party's (great party's!) so if you don't like that you might not like it here. I think that is one of the best things about this place if you ask me. And I am not in college and have kids. There are some that get a little loud but you have to just call the emergency number and security will kick them out. That is what the people I know who live right by the pool do and it is fine.
