All in all this is a great place to live. The pool is like a resort. heated all year long and very well kept. The grounds are immaculate. The gym is great. The office staff is very responsive and I have never had to wait for more than 24 hrs to get something fixed and there was only minor problems that had to be fixed. I know that some people have complained about the office staff and I agree they are not perfect, but compared to most places they do an awesome job and are very professional and attentive. I had an issue with a downstairs neighbor who was complaining about noise that I thought was very unreasonable. I volunteered to move to a different apt and the office staff gave me a new apt and did not charge me the normal fee to move which was very nice.

In general, you cannot hear much from upstairs apts or people next store. I even have a family with 2 young kids who I can never hear and the mother is always worried that i can hear their kids screaming.

It is also one of the most social places i have ever been in. I have met more great people in the last year that i have been here than any other place I have lived in. I have friends who are now going to move here after visiting me and comparing this place to their own apt. I hate to sound too cheesy but I love it here so much I don't want to buy a house again, even though I know I really need to in this market. If the housing market was not dropping so low I would stay here a very long time.

I've been at San Lagos before it was called San Lagos and it used to be called "Arrowhead Highland" apartments. There were only 2 people living in the apartment complex and I was the 2nd person to move into the apartment complex. I've now going on my 8th year at the apartment and I obviously really like this place. I'm the 1st tenant to live in my unit and had to have some repairs done in the unit since the "settling" wasn't finished when I move in. I really like Karen and she has always been very pleasant and nice to me. Jamie is also very awesome and I believe she lives here as well and knows who's who to help keep the fine living be pleasant for everyone. I'm trying to decide on buying a home; however, I really like living here and am torn on what to do. We'll see.....for now....I'm a fixture here and am very pleased with living here.......
