San Martin has went down hill since they first open.
At first it was peaceful, nice landscape, friendly neighbors, just overall a nice place to live.
I have been here for three years now (since they open) the management has alway been bad The rent is overly expensive for this area and the school system suck its just "GHETTO" I would advise anyone who plans to move here to think twice.

Yeah yeah yeah this person just probably didnt get his way about something in the office and know he want to put down the leasing office.. Ive lived there and will not be moving out any time soon.. i feel very welcome here thanks to the leasing staff....

yeah i feel the same way, i think that everyone in the office is really nice, especially Lupe she's a sweerheart. i thing they try to work with and they care about the people who live in the apts. thank you very much to everyone at SAN MARTIN APTS.

YOu two are a pair of idiots. I've lived there before and i did not feel safe at all I moved to a safer environment like 6 months ago and i like it. You people just like to live like animals.

This place sucks. That's about it... ghetto fab to the fullest. Can't wait to leave. Just hope my car doesn't get broken into first.
