Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Lived here for almost a year now and when my lease is up, I will be moving out.
Maintence sucks and management is not that desirable. I have been waiting on maitenance to fix things around the apartment, been here for 10 months; need I say more.
Huge cricket/bugs problem
