The apartments are nice. The staff seems pretty friendly. The one work order I put in about a broken toilet, they fixed with in 1 hour.
I was late a few days on a rent payment and they did leave a really strange eviction notice on the door. The payment was late due to miscommunication with other room mate. They were nice about the whole thing.
The crickets are a bit annoying, pretty loud at this time of the year. When i moved in there were a lot of black widow spiders around the outside of the apartment and in the outside storage area.
The walls must be thin, or my upstairs neighbors are really loud, but I hear them a lot. I did complain a few times and the staff said they would have a talk with them.
So far so good, I might be looking to move to find a lower priced apartment. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
