Been here 15 months, Wouldn't rent here

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I'm leaving when my lease ends. My opinion is the management could improve. Small work orders are addressed immediately but I feel the service personnel takes a long time address big work orders. The rent has increased considerably.The grounds look nice but you pay a price. Sleeping in may be difficult if you live in a first floor apartment. You can hear the weed wacker at 7 AM on Saturdays.
