My advice: E-mail the asset manager in the corporate office. It worked for me

The asset manager in the corporate office directly supervises the manager at San Prado.
After management failed to take my work orders seriously, I contacted the asset manager.
I informed him of the situation in a professional manner.
The next day, my concern at San Prado was dealt with quickly.
I was immediately accomodated and suddenly peole were making sure my concern had been addressed.
Prior to this, I was essentially ignored.
Sure, in the office, they smiled and told me they would take care of it only to find out nothing had been done.
After some time, I realized, I had no choice but to notify the corporate office.
There are only so many times a person can walk into the office and remind them that they have yet to address your work order!
I strongly encourage you to work out your difference with the management first.
If that fails, then contact the asset manager.
Due to the regulations of this website, I can't provide names of individuals.
However, I can provide the phone number to get ahold of this person.
Call 480-991-9111.
This phone number is published on their website so it is appropriate to list it here.
Ask the operator for the name and e-mail address of the asset manager who oversees San Prado.
Call 480-991-9111
At this point in time, I can't recommend San Prado.
If the service improved, I might recommend it.
However, you pay too much money and are not given the respect and service associated with a luxury rental property.
I have always been a strong advocate of Mark-Taylor in the past but my experience at San Prado has made me doubt them.
