I find the other's comments generally correct. I feel that paying almost $1000.00 for a 960 sq ft apartment is quite high. I work nigts and if you want to sleep during the week you had better wear ear plugs since the landscapers are out bright and early every day mowing, cutting, trimming bushes.
I haven't had many apartment fixture/repair problems so I can't say about the maintenance. I have a ground level apartment and can testify to the bug problem. No roaches but crickets and sometimes spiders.
My first floor balcony is unusable due to debris from above balcony when it rains and from landscapers. Poorly designed drainage for above balconies. Staff are OK but again I haven't had any major problems. I will be moving out shortly and can only recommend renting here if it is a necessity.
P.S. Gated community is worthless. People wait until someone else comes through the gate and follow them or wait until someone leaves and comes through the exit.
Don't let them insinuate that the "gated community" is safe.
Never used the "facilities" pool, spa, weight room, meeting room- I don't like using some things too many others have been using.
If you have a pickup truck or SUV, anything other than small to midsized car forget about parking in your carport. They were narrowly constructed and you will end up scratching your vehicle on the stucco.

I have never heard of somebody complaining about good landscaping. Isn't that what brought you into the community in the first place? Some small pests can be expected with the construction across the street and the fact that we live in the desert, that's why I am thankful they offer free pest control. It really doesn't sound like you have anything to complain about!

Has it dawned on you that you live in Arizona where the temp is 100 degrees at 10 or 11 am? I have lived at San Prado for more then a year now and love it here. I have to say that you sound like you are not a happy camper! You really need to buy a house and find a lawn care company that will honor your request. FYI you live in the desert which means that you will also have to pay for your pest control. |
