I was looking for a gated,small community on the westside and San Prado fulfilled my requirements. The staff is super nice and has taken care of a problem with a noisy neighbor right away. As a women living alone it was important to me that the property was properly gated and security was in place. The pool and workout areas are fantastic and since the property is relatively small the community areas are never over-crowded. Pricing is a bit high, but it is worth the money having peace of mind. FYI - the noice from construction across the road is a big annouying, but in a couple of weeks we will have a great shopping and restaurant set up in walking distance and that is worth the little noice in the morning.
