I have been here for a year and have no complaints. Every time I have had a problem they have been able to fix it as soon as I report it. If they aren't able to fix the problem right away they let me know why and when it will be addressed it has never taken more than one day. The interior of the apartment is also very nice and I love the kitchen. I have so much cupboard space compared to many other apartments I have looked at. The workout room is also a major plus there are 3 TVs that you can change to your own channel with ellipticles, treadmills, bike, and weights! It saved me money on a gym membership. The location is also very nice, it is quiet and I feel very safe, but at the same time it is very close to the 101 so its easy to get wherever you want to go. I would highly recommend these apartments and as for the other comments I read I would say that the yard noise may be due to their location in the complex because I have not ran across that problem and have only noticed the leaf blowing once a week anyways. The staff is very helpful and has been eager to help. They focus on making the residents happy and comfortable. They also have resident parties every couple of months that I have attended and are a great way to get to know the staff and other residents, plus you can win prizes!
San Prado is a great facility with an awesome staff, and I haven't heard differently from any other residents.
