San Prado

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We lived at San Prado for a year and had no major complaints. During the second week of our residency the air conditioning went out and they graciously provided us with another apartment until the air was fixed. Yes, it was inconvenient however, we were compensated for our inconvenience. When we had any maintenance/repair issues they were fixed within a day or two. The reason we moved is because we needed a home for our family. The 2 things I would question would be "why would you put all 3 bedroom apts. on the second floor'" that didn't make much sense, especially if you have small children. The rent is high considering the current housing market. Overall, the property is beautiful, clean and the front office staff was always very attentive and friendly. First class professionalism is what my family and I always received as a resident.
