Not very good apartments

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
My car was stolen from there. My dishwasher is not even screwed to anything, so when my 20 month old daughter barely touches it the dishwasher tips over. The inside of dishwasher is very rusty but they won't replace since it still works. They say they have security but he is hardly ever around.
