I was a neighbor of the reviewer (worst place I ever lived in) and I could not let her review go unanswered. I am surprised this web site would print her lies. She moved into the complex for a few months and caused all kinds of trouble for tenants, the staff, and her own family. I am very happy she moved out since she is a nasty woman who constantly complained about everything and everyone. The husband came to the same conclusion since he is trying to divorce her. Her accusations do not match the opinions of the people I know who live here. Keith the maintenance supervisor is a kind gentleman who has always been responsive to all my maintenance needs. I have lived here about 5 years and find the repair response time much faster than the last place I lived. The office staff is professional and keeps the grounds in great shape. I took the pool area picture after the recent repair work was completed. My grandchildren come to visit me here, and they love swimming while we barbecue near the pool...and the very clean laundry room! I know she made a complaint about the hot tub attached to the pool not being hot enough for her back problems. The county inspector came out to measure the temperature while I was there, and said the jacuzzi temperature was well within the requirements of the law. Also I can not imagine someone blaming the apartment complex for their divorce!! This woman is nuts, Shadow Rose is the best place to live in Arizona!

iwent down to see them apts very nice but dont like roaches ther was some in the kitchen sink nasty
