This place very nice and has big apartments. But the staff has this "no help" attitude once you move in. I have been trying to get a bottom apartment for about 5 months and even though I know some came up they never notified me AND when I asked about them they said they were already leased out. Same thing goes with other request I have made at the main office. Their maintance guys are great, I don't think installation is that great. My a/c bill was outrageous (196.00 for last july with the inside temp reading 83 ) and when I asked them to look into it they said my a/c was fine. NO cross ventilation and the upper apartments stay very very warm even in teh winter. Office does not keep regular hours even though it says they do. Don't give a lot of concessions (almost none) once your initial lease comes up for renew and not to willing to work with you to keep you there.
