We moved in Dec/03. Staff was friendly at the beginning. The walls are not insultated very well. Power bills are very high here even in the winter. We complained about our neighbor always blasting music in the middle of the night. Was told they couldn't do anything about it. Told just to called the police when that happens, who never respond, because it's not an emergency. The pools are supposed to close down at 11PM. They never lock them up, so people are always partying there. The office told us that the residents must be jumping the fence, cuz they lock it up. (yeah right!) They bragged about how every month they do activities for residents. So far, we have only had one BBQ. The office is supposed to be open during the weekdays until 6PM. This doesn't happen. It did stay open while Martha was on maternity leave, but as soon as she came back, they were closing early again. Anytime you go in and get her, she always acts like you're bothering her and she is constantly sighing. We are not difficult people and are ver accomadating, so we're not sure if we're just treated this way, or if all the residents get treated this way. Our lease is coming up for renewal, but no discounts have been offered, so we'll probably move.
