The staff was very friendly and really helpful. Maintenance orders were handed very promptly. Parking was an issue, theres just not enough! The only negative thing I have to say about it is the roaches, not many in the actual apartments but they were all over the sidewalks at night, it was gross.

I would have to agree with that. I lived across from the small pool and got many "water bugs". Those I could deal with but roaches I could not. I got sprayed once a month but still had roaches. I close all the drains and still got them. I had a bowl outside and at one time had 17 dead roaches in it. It was disgusting. I could not wait to get out of there for that reason.
