Great staff and floorplans, large patios, nice grounds, very quiet and safe, ample parking, nice pool areas with ramadas, misters and BBQ's, well equipped exercise room with TV's, great neighbors for the most part, relatively well built so noise from neighbors isn't typically a problem, units being upgraded with Berber carpet and tile, top notch maintenance, landscaping needs works but good help is hard to find, all in all highly recommended to all, including families.
