This place has got to be the worst apartments that I have ever lived in!!! I can't believe how money hungry this place is!!! I would NEVER consider living in a place like this ever again. They are almost impossible to get a hold of and the Manager Ray is a complete ----!!! FYI to all new renters... never rent here...

Bull, excellent management, Ray is a dream manager who simply enforces rules and collects rent - perhaps that's this reviewer's problem? The community is only 7 years old and is undergoing upgrades, parking was recently redone and the buildings repainted, exercise room was painted, new equipment and TWO flat screen TV's installed, it's gorgeous! Overall, one of the best communities in the Arrowhead area. I've lived here for 3 years and just resigned a lease for another 17 months! Awesome complex, a delight to live in.
