I have mixed feelings about this place.

I am a younger tenant here. I like the location because it is close to everything. I attend ASU west so its a short commute to school as well. The landscaping is very nice. I have not used the pools yet because there is always a ton of kids in both of them. I do believe that they are overpriced. definitely overpriced. Ive looked into renting houses and i can rent a 3 bed/2 bath HOUSE for 50 bucks more than i am paying here. and i have a 1 bedroom. I would break my lease and move out if i had the 2 grand to waste doing that. I love the maintenance here. They have always been very prompt with my requests. I have mixed feelings about the security. They supposedly brought them in about 2 months ago i believe, but to this day i have only seen an officer one time. There were a bunch of noisy drunks outside of my apartment once, and i called security. It took them 45 minutes to walk by, and did not even say anything. I waited to see if they did anything. The girl in the office (i will not mention her name) is okay i guess. She seems nice, but seems really fake. And it seems like she gets very annoyed when you ask her questions. I never met Ray but i have heard stories. I do have a problem with the noise here. Since i have lived here, i have had 5 ot 6 nights of no sleep due to drunk people being outside. Oh, and one night, i walked out to my car to get some groceries out, and there was what appeared to be a homeless, or just very dirty, man sitting next to my car drinking a 40 oz of beer and falling in and out of sleep. I called the cops because he seen everything in my vehicle when i opened it and i got scared. My covered parking is WAY too far away, and it floods when it rains. I end up parking in uncovered for the most part. I have also noticed that a lot of the people that live here are very rude. I still have not met one person that is worth getting to know. Overall, i would most likely not recommend this apartment complex to anyone that i know.
