Well, they finally pushed me over as to write a negative review for all to see. First of all, I had maintenance done in my bathroom because I complained about the cieling leaking and it having black mold on it. They took weeks to arrive and all they did was covered it with caulking. And they didnt even do a good job at it. Now my sink is broken and Id rather fix it myself. The staff doesnt listen to your suggestions, the Manager is a little blonde headed prick! Oh and there is a monoploly going on with their cable service. TV MAX services cable and high speed internet here and suspiciously no one else does not even the phone company for the internet. One day my wife went into the lounge and asked the little blonde manager prick if she could just relax in there for a few minutes and the little blonde manager prick stated, " This is my room." Suggesting that no it wouldnt be okay. The pool never gets cleaned when it should. And when it does they shut it down for days. The spa is never just right and smells all the time like too much chemicals. It is always either too hot or not hot enough. There are no fitness centers here. I also feel that 1.00 to wash a load of laundry is quite expensive given the size of the washing machines. And now, NOW THEY WENT AND CUT THE TREE OUT THAT WAS IN MY BACKYARD THAT WAS SO TINY IT WASNT HURTING ANYTHING. They cut it supposedly because it was in the way of the new brick wall they are building for the patio. Which they are building so they can justify a rent increase next term. If you want my advice friend dont move here. You will only be dissapointed. Oh and dont think your moving out and keeping your deposit. They always find something.

I know of someone who they raised his rent from like 620 to 800 over 2 years! they are outrageous and their maintenance used to be good but now its horrible!!
