First of all the maintenance is pretty awful, the apartment managers are not pleasant by any means and will not work with you regarding getting your rent paid. A friend's apartment was robbed and she had been twice in one month and it was apparent she was being targeted. The management refused to relocate her because they did not seeing it being a problem. I also know of a new resident complained about infestation at her place without being informed of it. They don't show you the place you will be moving into, but they do show you a different apartment. A better apartment then the one you will be getting so beware. The place I was given had a lot of problems with it, first of all the fridge had a few dents inside and outside as well as the overhead of the oven. There are several patch up jobs which were not done correctly. Not to mention their response time is not up to par. I really would not recommend this property because of the monthly rate and the living conditions. The outside looks great, but as far as living, its another story. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE, in fact they have you sign something regarding your knowledge of this place not being safe. Unfortunately I did not notice that until I looked over the contract after the face. The laundry is ludicrus they do not even provide hook-ups, but expect you to pay 2.00 per load and you have to use a card. The machine itself only takes 5 or 10 dollar bills, which means you cannot do one load without paying a few other loads even if that was not the plan. Management is another story. People often complain and I see notices placed in several places. Do yourself a favor and takes all these complaints from myself and others into consideration, because you are going to want to look beyond this apartment complex or any other affiliates with Bernard/Allison Management. Don't find out the hard way. Plus their are some questionable fees that are later added.

LOL! They left a note on our door about cigarette butts being on our doorstep and neither of us even smoke!!!
