This place is falling apart. Nothing works, all the appliances just have paint on them to look new. Every door in the place does not close properly. The maintence staff does nothing to fix them. There is a HUGE amount of crime. People get robbed, mugged, broken into. There are police helicopters flying over head looking for crimminals on a monthly basis. There are always police there arresting people. My truck was broken into, my apartment was broken into, and my GF's car was stolen. There is a skating rink that I look at from my appartment where people are loud, rude, and get stabbed. They have some crappy company for their tv and internet called Consolidated Smart Systems, and they SUCK! You cannot get real cable or true high speed internet. This place is the GHETTO. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived in 4 aparments in the Phoenix area and this one is by far hands down the worst! I hate living here, I think I might be KILLED just for typing this. If you are a drug dealer, prostotute, illegal allien, phsyco ax murderer, or just some guy from montana who makes bombs, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! O and I forgot TWEAKERS!!! F*#K this place!

I agree the maintenance there sucks ass. And there is a lot of crime there. When I lived there they had some -------- called Cable One. Which of course never had high speed internet. The moron that replied to your post is a complete idiot, and no doubt one of those tweakers you speak of. Like hell they have high speed! You know I lived there in 2002 and back then they claimed they were getting high speed internet within a few months! What a joke.. I lived there over a year and I had to suffer through using Dial Up! Its not really the ghetto, there are definitely worse places, but they are not even close to being worth the price they charge. I have lived at about 4 apartments since I moved here in 2001 and sadly this was probably better than the others! I only moved out of there because I lived with my now ex husband, who is conveniently one of those psychos you speak of. LOL Apartments in this ----in' city are just AWFUL. I guarantee you, the best option is to find a way, ANY WAY you can, to get into a house. I am now renting a HOUSE in Glendale, a better area than 43rd ave... And I am loving it

I currently live in this piece of trash apartment complex and I am dieing for my lease to end this august. All my issues started 1 week after moving in. Management is as worthless and impossible to talk to. The idiots returned my check due to my fiances name being on the joint checking and I signed it and turned it in. Only to find out almost 3 weeks later that my check wasnt accepted and next months rent following shortly 1 week after that. The Internet and Cable service is truly have got to be the worst. Consolidated Smart Systems is by far and most easily the worst service provider. Almost 90 dollars a month for dial up connection and another 100 dollars for some basic trash dish network. Complaints about my dog are amazing. I cant count the number of warnings I had about my dog barking even though he lives inside with us. My neighbor whos dog only lives outside barks for hours on end cause they are never home. Yet I recieve the notice. The people upstairs dont have a real biological clock at all. And the only thing they do is play their music at the most inappropriate hours (11pm till 4am usually). Where is their notice that I personally complained about? To talk about crime... GET THIS... if you top it I surely feel sorry for you. In the time it took to go from 43rd Ave - Peoria over to 35th - TBird Ave.... less then 15 minutes of time. My apartment was broken into and stole everything almost. THEY EVEN STOLE MY DIRTY LAUNDRY THAT WERE IN BAGS TO BE WASHED!... the officer "Jefferson" who took my report at 11:30 ruffly saw me next morning. After the officer took my report, between 12:15am and 6:30am when i left for work my car was stolen the SAME F******* NIGHT. Top that.... I truly hate this place. SO I ADVISE TO ALL RENTERS - EXCLUDING YOU PEOPLE WHO COMMIT THIS CRAP.... DONOT DONOT DONOT DONOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Or any of the other Allison and Bernard Complexes. I hope this place burns to the ground.

You are so exagerating about the cost for Consolidated's internet connection. It is not dial up- you moron and the most exzpensive plan is $35 bucks a month. They don't run your credit- probably lucky for you. But you must pay your bill! They are an authorized provider of Directv and going through Consolidated -they don't run your credit and again lucky for you had you called Directv yourself-they would have asked you to secure your account with $250 bucks - so stop crying about the responsibilities and your life. Get off the cross!

I live here as well, and hate consolidated too, not because of price, their hours are the worst!!! Oh by the way, I REALLY hate the manager...they really don't fix anything or stick to a schedule...I was told on more than one occasion they would fix a problem, but guess what, never happened, but it all ends may 31st baby!!! Oh yeah, the light in front of the bldg is STILL out and I made that complaint in the fall to the leasing agent as we walked passed it. I guess they were mad I noticed and stole the center caps of my rims, but MAY 31!!!

My boyfriend and I have lived here since 2003 because we go to ASU West. We haven't had that many problems here. The staff has always been helpful, and has fixed everything we asked in a timely matter. Consolidated Smart System does suck, but we were able to get high speed internet for $35 with hardly any problems. Our cable is great but only because I had Direct TV do it instead going through that company AND its alot cheaper than what the other company offers. Considering rent is pretty low here compare to some of the newer apartments, its not too bad. From the other apartments we lived at, this by far has been the best. Obviously you've never lived in the ghetto, if you found this place to be the worst. It doesn't matter what apartment you live in, you can bet to have a tweaker, your car broken into, and the possibility of your apartment being broken into. That's why you get renter's insurance and save to rent or buy a house. We make a point to be friendly to our neighbors, and look out for each other. Maybe that's why my car or apt. hasn't been broken into.

Speaking of Consolidated Smart Systems......I had them for my internet connection and when I moved out I called them up to have them discontinue my service. They couldn't even find me as a customer in their system. They took my payments but I do owe them for 4 months still.....Since they can't find me I am just going to call it even. Not a very professional place to deal with. The next place I live will have Cox hopefully.
